Silver trading range for the day is 41026-43166.Silver prices ended with losses on profit booking as moves were muted in holiday-thinned trade.
FOMC policy statement acknowledged what was later confirmed by official numbers as a miserable first quarter for the US economy.
Holdings at ishares silver trust gained by 0.54% i.e. 56.21 tonnes to 10538.31 tonnes from 10437.72 tonnes.
