EPIC RESEARCH MCX CRUDE PALM OIL UPDATE OF 17 July 2018

CPO trading range for the day is 605.8-619.8.

* Crude palm oil ended with gains tracking firmness in overseas prices on the back of improved demand.

* Exports of Malaysian palm oil products for July 1 – 15 fell 2.7 percent to 486,609 tonnes from 500,197 tonnes shipped during June 1 – 15.

* Indonesia's shipments of palm oil and palm kernel oil, fell 18.3 percent to 2.14 million tonnes in May from a year earlier.

Crude palm oil prices in spot market dropped by 2.60 rupees and settled at 620.90 rupees.
