EPIC RESEARCH MCX CRUDE PALM OIL UPDATE OF 23 July 2018

CPO trading range for the day is 614-621.8.

* Crude palm oil gained on short covering after prices dropped owning higher supply amid subdued buying interest in global market.

* Closing stockpiles of palm oil in June rose marginally by 0.83% to 2.188 million tons compared to 2.170 million tons in previous month

* Expectation of higher supply from Malaysia and declining buying interest kept CPO down.
