EPIC RESEARCH MCX Menthaoil UPDATE OF 29 January 2019

Menthaoil trading range for the day is 1489.6-1561.4.

* Mentha oil spot at Sambhal closed at 1697.10 per 1kg. Spot prices was up by Rs.43.40/-.

* Menthaoil prices gained on short covering after prices dropped due to low demand at major physical centers.

* Export demand of oil in global market is likely to be improved due to recovery in currency which is supportive for prices.

* Mentha sowing has doubled in Madhya Pradesh due to high returns it gave in the last few years.
