Gold trading range for the day is 30447-30747. Gold steadied as the dollar skidded to its lowest in two weeks on concerns about the impact of high levels of U.S debt and tax cuts. A report showed that U.S. initial jobless claims increased by 7,000 to 230,000 in the week ending Feb. 10, in line with expectations. The U.S. Commerce Department reported that the producer price index rose in line with expectations by 0.4% in January.
